REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Chef jacket, aprons, hair nets and chef hat.

GENERAL NOTES: No nail polish, gel nails, jewelry (including watches), cell phones, or music devices allowed in the kitchen.

JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS:
