NOTIFICATION OF CASTRATION (GELDING) OF PONY/HORSE
The SPSS requires that passports are returned for amendment following a colt’s castration (gelding). Veterinary proof could be a markings diagram produced for another purpose (e.g. JMB or pre-purchase vetting) where a vet has confirmed the pony is a gelding and signed the form, a vet signing a Castration Certificate, a vet completing and signing this form or a receipt from a vet for a castration operation (that names the pony). Passport Amendment Fee: Member and Non Member £15 (includes the return of the passport via the Royal Mail “Signed For” service). If sent with a Transfer of Ownership form and fee, this fee is reduced to £10. *** Special offer for 2016 – Free with Transfer of Ownership or £5 (to cover P&P) if sent separately Please complete the relevant sections and return this form, along with the Equine Passport, to the SPSS Studbook Office at the above address
