C. ADDITIONAL ISSUES (Please provide additional sheets as needed to cover topics below) 1. At the main event arena, can a judges’ stand be built that will seat approximately 12-15 individuals? Further, can a space be built near ice level for the announcers and music technicians?
2. Does the main event arena have any permanent advertising that cannot be removed or draped? U.S. Figure Skating has the right to request that the main competition venue have clean boards for these championships. Please provide a list of advertisers.
3. Please attach arena diagrams showing ice entrances/exits, zamboni entrance, etc.
4. In the event that the Championships are televised/webcast, will the main events arena waive the hook-up fee and provide power at no charge for the television trucks?
5. Will U.S. Figure Skating merchandise be able to be sold in the competition arena at no cost to U.S. Figure Skating?
6. Will the main events arena/LOC be able to provide U.S. Figure Skating and designated national sponsors booth space as outlined in the Agreement to Host?
7. The previous questions summarize some of the requirements the Main Venue will need to meet or provide. Does the Main Venue agree to meet the above requirements if awarded the bid for the U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships?
