April 8, 2018

Dear Supporter of the Queen Anne’s County Agronomy Day,

On Friday February 28, 2014, the University of Maryland Extension,

Queen Anne's County, will hold the Annual Queen Anne's County

Agronomy Day. This event is held each year at the Queen Anne's

County 4-H Park on Route 18 (http://queenannescofair.com/directions/) to kick-

off the spring planting season. It's always well attended and eagerly

looked forward to each year. As in past years sponsors are given

display space as well as time on the program to inform farmers of

any new products and services that they may offer. The program

will start at 8:30 a.m. At the end of the program a luncheon is served

and clientele are free to talk to company representatives and view

displays. You may set-up your display any time after 7:00 a.m. In

order to accomplish this, we need to turn to organizations such as

yours for a donation of $150.00 in order to keep these meetings

going. Your display and presentation will reach approximately 150

people so that works out to about $1.00 per farmer. We appreciate

your support and look forward to seeing you on the 28th.

Sincerely,

Jennifer L. Rhodes Extension Educator, Ag. & Natural Resources
