AMENDMENTS TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS

As discussed during the Pre-Bid Conference held on July 12, 2013, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby issues the following amendments:

I. Please note the amendments/additions in OMBUDSMAN BID FORM NO. 1C (Technical Proposal) which are underscored and highlighted as follows:

LOT 3 – TONERS/INK CARTRIDGES COMPATIBLE FOR COMPUTER PRINTERS (EPSON, HP, SAMSUNG AND BROTHER) 22. All offered products should be original; 23. Immediate availability of all the above items are ensured by the Supplier at all times and under all circumstances.

II. All Bidders who already purchased the bidding documents are reminded to use the attached Amended Ombudsman Bid Form No. 1C (Technical Proposal).
