Other > Requests > Submit a New Request…

Submit a New Request Screen At the Submit a New Request Screen, Check Single Request and click OK.

Submit Request Screen In the Name field type ARC DATA ACT PHASE I and hit ‘Tab’ to query and find the concurrent request.

View Output Click the ‘Refresh Data’ until the ‘Phase’ field indicates that the request is completed. Once the request has completed highlight the request and click ‘View Output’ to generate and save results.

This is a component of the TAS. It identifies the last year of availability under law that an account may incur new Ending Period 4 17 20 obligations for annual and multiyear Blank or 4-digit numeric of Availability TAS. The field is blank for TAS that has a value for the Availability Type.

This is a component of the TAS. Identifies no-year TAS (X), Availability clearing/suspense TAS (F), and default 1 21 21 Blank or X Type Code TAS (C). This field is blank for TAS that has Periods of Availability.

This is a component of the TAS. Main Account 4 22 25 Identifies the type and purpose of the 4-digit numeric Code fund. This field cannot be blank.

This is a component of the TAS. Identifies an available receipt or other Sub Account Treasury-defined subdivision of the main 3 26 28 3-digit numeric Code account. This field cannot be blank. Sub account 000 indicates that there is no subaccount
