Allow adequate time to find the HQ. Head west from the Bellflower Hotel (formerly the Flag) on the A6 at Garstang along Longmoor Lane into Skitham Lane to T-junction at Wilson House also known as Moss Edge (red phone box). Turn left into Lancaster Road then first right into Crook Gate Lane. The HQ is about 1 mile down Crook Gate Lane and features a large wind turbine.

NOTE: The riders will not stop at the end of the neutralised zone. Racing will begin immediately. Set off from the HQ in the correct group!

Course: Fylde Circuit From the car park of Out Rawcliffe Village Hall on Crook Gate Lane the race is neutralised.. Proceed east, turning Left at the junction – GIVE WAY - on to Lancaster Road. Turn right on to Skitham Lane. After 50 yards the race starts – end of neutralised zone. Continue east to Kilcrash Lane where Left. Follow the main road via Cartmel Lane, Black Lane and Garstang Road to Stakepool. GIVE WAY. Turn Left into Lancaster Road A588 for 150 yards then Left into Bradshaw Lane. Continue to Scronkey, Where follow main road to Right into Lancaster Road. Continue south to to Wilson House where left turn into Skitham Lane to complete one lap (11.8 miles). On the 4th lap E,F&G riders will finish 440 yards north of Wilson House (43 miles). AB & CD riders will finish at the same point on the 5th lap (54 miles). No licence: no ride All riders must wear a helmet conforming to an internationally recognised standard Light refreshments will be served after the race at the HQ
