Officers must be full-time matriculated ESM undergraduate students (pre-professional groups may have a blended undergrad/grad board). EGSA board must be full-time matriculated ESM grad students. Please make sure that the most current version of your group’s constitution is on file with the Office of Student Life.

If you do not submit this form by Sept. 11, 2015, you will not be permitted to sponsor events, reserve spaces, hold meetings, or access funds. ***************************************************************************************** *******************
