Logging Discipline Notes in Skyward

1. Log in to Skyward using your Login ID and 5. Click Add Password.

Double-click on desired student’s name. Parent contact (if applicable)

4. Click Discipline from left-hand toolbar.

Information logged into Discipline will be used for the following:  Keeps public log of problem behaviors that can be viewed by teacher, admin, and district  Notifies admin of problem behaviors when action is needed  Able to print reports of student problem behaviors to show parents at conferences and place in student portfolio  Provides valuable data for school staff to adapt behavior curriculum based on problem behaviors
