The REQ and RGQ Executive Committees will review this recommendation and consider it for vote as a NAESB Retail Electric Quadrant and Retail Gas Quadrant model business practices during the February 7, 2007.

All comments received by the NAESB office by end of business on February 5 will be posted on the Request Page (http://www.naesb.org/retail_request.asp) and forwarded to the REQ/RGQ EC members for their consideration.
