Community Care of Rutherford County Would Like to Take This Opportunity to Invite You To

Community Care of Rutherford County would like to take this opportunity to invite you to partner with us in raising money for Toys for Tots this year. This is the 14th year that our elders have been involved in purchasing and delivering toys to our local fire department and each year it has grown tremendously.

Here is where you come into the picture; we invite you and your staff/group to come into our nursing home this season and display a fully decorated Christmas tree. Your organization would purchase and decorate the tree in a creative way. Our elders, family members, staff, and your organization will have the opportunity to place “Toys for Tots” presents under their favorite decorated tree. The organization with the most presents under their tree will receive a trophy for “Best in Show” and their name on a plaque displayed here at CCRC. The fully decorated trees will be up for auction and all of the proceeds will go towards our elders “Toys for Tots” shopping trip.

Last year was our thirtenth “Hall of Trees” campaign benefiting Toys for Tots. This is a great way to market your organization’s name and at the same time raise money for a great cause. The trees have been a highlight of our season and give our elders who live here at Community Care a chance to share the holiday season with their loved ones and let them share in the joy of Christmas and giving.

The trees can start going up and decorated on November 1st and ending on November 30th and will be displayed until the conclusion of the Silent Auction on December 8th. There will be recognition for participation and winning in the Daily News Journal and The Murfreesboro Post.
