FEES – ANNOTATE AS NECESSARY: SPACE OPTION 1: $65 per space – approximate sizes are 10’ wide by 10’ deep. Actual space size may Standard Space Fee vary from exhibitor to exhibitor.
OPTIONAL. $10 per table. A limited number of tables are available for use – first come, first served Table Fee based on date completed registration form and payment received.
OPTIONAL. $10 per table. A limited number of electrical outlets are available for use – first come, first Electrical Fee served based on date completed registration form and payment received. OPTIONAL. This is a fundraising event for the Hilliard Bradley Athletic Booster Association – a Additional Donation registered 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. Any donations are greatly appreciated. Make checks payable to: Hilliard Bradley Athletic Booster Association Remit completed form and payment to: P.O. Box 1413, Hilliard, Ohio 43026 TOTAL FEES DUE: Online payment available: https://squareup.com/store/hilliard-bradley-athletic- boosters/ The exhibitor / crafter is responsible for providing all set-up, including coverings, UL®-approved electrical equipment such as extension cords, and cash control, etc. All items offered for sale must comply with all policies of the Hilliard City School District. Hilliard Bradley High School is a weapon-free and tobacco-free zone.
Description of Items to be Offered for Sale:
The undersigned exhibitor / crafter, agent, or assignee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Hilliard City School District, Hilliard Bradley High School, Hilliard Bradley Athletic Booster Association, corresponding administrators/officers, and volunteers from any and all losses, claims, thefts, actions, liabilities, expenses, or causes of action, whatsoever, to the exhibitor / crafter during the subject “craft fair and sale.” The Hilliard Bradley Athletic Booster Association reserves the right to hold offenders of Federal laws and regulations, State of Ohio laws and regulations, Hilliard City School District policies, and Hilliard Bradley High School policies accountable, including immediate removal from the subject “craft fair and sale” with no reimbursement of fees paid. The undersigned also acknowledges that fees paid to the Hilliard Bradley Athletic Booster Association shall be forfeited should the exhibitor / crafter no-show for any reason. The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read this form in its entirety, understands all notes and annotations, and accepts the terms and conditions herein. EXHIBITOR / CRAFTER SPACES ARE ASSIGNED BY THE HILLIARD BRADLEY ATHLETIC BOOSTERS BASED ON THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF A COMPLETE REGISTRATION FORM AND CORRESPONDING PAYMENT - SWITCHING OF SPACES IS PROHIBITED EACH EXHIBITOR / VENDOR / CRAFTER IS RESPONSIBLE TO CLEAN THEIR RESPECTIVE SPACE BEFORE DEPARTING
