Fed Ex representatives will be presenting ideas on how to better control your supply chain costs and quality of service, in other words, "More Bang for Your Buck." Topics to be covered include a presentation on INCO Terms and their application to your business as well as Fed Ex capabilities to provide complete logistics services, ideas for managing transportation and related costs to increase value to your organization and best practices in transportation management.

Nominations for Board Positions – Due end of 4/15 meeting We are accepting nominations for serving on the ISM-CV Triad board for 3 open positions with voting occurring at the May meeting. Joining the ISM Triad Board gives you the opportunity to further develop your professional network and work more closely with individuals from other industries. In addition, serving on the ISM Triad board gives you first-hand experience into the operations of an organization at a high-level.

Chapter Charity for 2013/2014 Our charity for this year is the Second Harvest Food Bank Backpack program. The Backpack program provides wholesome and nutritious food to elementary school students at the risk of hunger. To contribute to this worth-while cause please bring cash or check (payable to: Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC) donations to our meetings.

The Triad Chapter Cancellation Policy: The Triad Chapter contracts with our meal provider on Friday before the meeting for the number of meals needed. The Chapter is liable for the payment of these meals. If you pre- register and cannot attend, please let Brett Borden know as soon as possible.
