B. Resolution No. 2016-14 Adopting a Revised Schedule of Fees and Charges for the Provision of Water and Wastewater Services.

Request for Authorization to Re-Sign and Re-Send an Approved Agreement Between the Town of Mangonia Park and The Hach Company as Originally Submitted July 19, 2016 (Request for Approval of an Annual Maintenance Agreement Between the Town of Mangonia Park and the Hach Company in an Amount not to Exceed $1,080.00) w/ an Increase in an Amount Not to Exceed $1,123.00. E. Discussion Regarding the Town’s Purchase and Installation of a Backflow Preventer (required) at Cataleya Shores, a 240-Unit Apartment Community, 801 East Tiffany Drive, to be Reimbursed by the Customer. F. Discussion Pertaining to the Usage of Existing Office Space at the Town Municipal Building. G. Consideration to Award a Contract to Hoover Awning Company for the Installation of Awnings at the Town’s Community Center. H. Discussion Regarding the Enactment of a Moratorium on Sober Homes and Group Homes.
