ACTION ITEMS: a. Approve the following pay applications for Crab Orchard Project:  Hawkins Const – Pay App 15 - $2,000.00  Codell Const – Pay App 18 - $600.00 b. Approve the following change order for Crab Orchard Project:  1-1-1 – Hansen Aggregates ($10,283.25) c. Permission to allow student to attend school for a partial day. (T. Ralston) d. Permission to create a part-time ELL service program coordinator for the 2012-2013 school year for up to 60 days at an approximate cost of $14,000. (K. Hatter) e. Permission to hire high performing, teacher referred, junior and senior students to work as peer tutors in the 21st. Century after school program and permission to hire an instructor for the Jr. Guard Program. (C. Benson) f. Permission to use contingency funds to purchase black iron fence for front of Crab Orchard School. (D. Tomlison) g. Permission to use contingency funds to gravel rear parking area at Waynesburg. (M. Declare remainder of playground equipment at Kings Mt. as surplus and donate to Broughtontown Community Center. (P.D. Roller) l. Permission to purchase rebuilt motor for Sixth Grade Center lift station. (P.D. Roller) m. Select architect to do architectural and engineering analysis for new district facility plan. (P.D. Roller) n. Establish a one year instructional position for kindergarten at Highland and one for kindergarten at Crab Orchard. (K. Hatter) o. Permission to obtain quotes and proceed with refinishing the gym floor at Hustonville Elementary. p. Consider changing October board meeting date. 9. Addendum Items received after deadline: A.
