Health Appraisal: is a series of procedures to assess or determine thehealth status of students

Fad: weight loss plan or aid that promises dramatic results.

Self-Destructive Behaviors: deliberate or intentional behavior that has clear, definitely or probably negative effects on the self or on the self’s projects

Suicide: act or an instance of taking one's own life voluntarily and intentionally

Heimlich Maneuver: Emergency procedure to remove and object that is blocking the airway preventing a person from breathing

CPR: stands for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is an emergency lifesaving procedure that is done when someone's breathing or heartbeat has stopped

Relationship: the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected, or the state of being connected.

Communication Skills: ransmitting and receiving messages clearly, and being able to read your audience.

Digital Respect: Spreading negative or embarrassing dirt (true, untrue, or unknown) via text, pic, or video about someone behind their back or to their face.

Abstinence Strategies: Strategies that someone refrain from having pre-marital sex

Contraceptive Methods: Methods that are used to prevent pregnancy

BMI: Body Mass Index. Weight to height ratio.

Vitamin: group of organic compounds that are essential for normal growth and nutrition and are required in small quantities in the diet because they cannot be synthesized by the body.

Mineral: Inorganic elements, as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, or sodium, that are essential to the function of the human body and obtained from food. Caloric Expenditure: Amount of calories used or burned through diet and exercise

Anorexia: an emotional disorder characterized by an obsessive desire to lose weight by refusing to eat.

Bulimia: an eating disorder in which a large quantity of food is consumed in a short period of time, often followed by feelings of guilt or shame

Binge Eating: the consumption of large quantities of food in a short period of time, typically as part of an eating disorder

Food Safety: scientific discipline describing handling, preparation, and storage of food in ways that prevent foodborne illness

Physical Activity: bodily movements produced by skeletal muscles that require energy expenditure.
