Primary E-mail Program info about you/product/service /service Contract covers reservation for a 10 x 10 space, one 8ft table, two chairs and two ID badges, You may decorate your booth in any safe and fashionable way you choose. Please use your discretion. No table coverings will be provided. Observe emergency exits and aisles. Additional chairs and tables are available. With the reservation of a 5 x 10 space we will provide two chairs, but no table.

Here are some general rules that apply. 1. Treat each other and your space with respect at ALL times. No rude or suggestive behavior will be tolerated. 2. No alcoholic beverages or smoking is permitted on the premises 3. No open flame devices, candles, etc. may be used and no hanging anything on the walls. . 4. Vendors making partial payments, must have their space paid in full by Sept 15th. All spaces are reserved upon full payment on a first come, first served basis. Deposit money will be forfeited if full payment is not received by September 15th and/or there are no spaces available. 5. Cancellations made prior to September 30th will result in a forfeiture of 50% of monies paid for booth. 6. Cancellations made after September 30th will result in the forfeiture of entire payment. 7. Please be prepared to set up, take down and clean your booth space within the allotted time. 8. We will not accept one day rentals until after September 30th. See highlighted in red.

I wish to participate in the 2017 Spiritfest Expo and Holistic Fair on Saturday only, Oct 28th, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You may start to set up Saturday morning, as early as 7:00 a.m.

I wish to participate in the 2017 Spiritfest Expo and Holistic Fair on Sunday only, Oct 29th, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may set up Sunday morning, as early as 8:30 a.m.

***All Vendors should be prepared to depart the building on Sunday, October 29th, no later than 8:00 p.m.***
