There will be three $500 dollar scholarships awarded in 2017. The Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame Committee will make recipient selection.

Eligibility:  YOU MUST BE A GRADUATING SENIOR AT A SCHOOL IN HARDIN COUNTY AND A RESIDENT OF HARDIN COUNTY  Earned at least one varsity letter in a sport  Maintained at least a 2.75 grade point average for senior year transcript. Instructions:  Please attach a current grade transcript.  Reference letters are accepted and encouraged.  Scholarship Application deadline is April 8, 2017  PLEASE TYPE THIS APPLICATION ON THIS FORM  Email scholarship application to: [email protected]  Scholarship checks will be made out to the recipient and the university they will be attending.  Scholarship recipients will be recognized and receive there scholarship award at the 7th annual Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on May 13, 2017, at Upper Scioto Valley High School. Dessert and refreshments begins at 6pm. This is a formal event. Please no jeans or casual attire. If you are a successful scholarship recipient your appearance is requested at this event.
