The FY 2010 Off-Campus Community Service Program (CFDA# 83.116H) provides funding to Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) so that they may prepare students for off-campus community service employment. The program may only underwrite student wages, and other ancillary expenses which may include: community service job-related training, participating students’ travel to and from worksites, and students’ background checks. All projects will begin on January 1, 2011.

Burlington County College (BCC) will collaborate with the Bonner Foundation in a Bonner AmeriCorps Leader Program to place students in a new Pemberton Township Early Childhood Center and a local Red Cross Chapter office.
