Fletcher Thompson Architecture Engineering Announces New Hire in their New York City Office

New York, NY, February, 2008—Fletcher Thompson, a leading regional architecture, engineering and interior design firm, has announced that Robert E. Wildermuth, AIA, LEED TM has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager. This addition to the Fletcher Thompson team reflects the firm’s strategic expansion and continued growth in the NYC area.

Mr. Wildermuth brings his 17 years of experience in the fields of architecture and design to the firm. Prior to joining Fletcher Thompson, he worked for Goshow Architects, where he was responsible for over 60 NYCSCA projects, residential housing buildings for Columbia University and SUNY and expansion studies for additions at Elmhurst Hospital. His areas of expertise are in working with school construction authorities, healthcare institutions and New York City capital improvement projects.. He has managed over 60 NYCSCA school projects from schematic design through construction phases. At Fletcher Thompson, he will be responsible for managing project teams, controlling budgets and scheduling, overseeing the quality of work, executing projects in accordance with the scope of work as set in contracts and maintaining primary client contact to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Robert is a registered architect in both New York and New Jersey, is a LEED TM Accredited Professional and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He earned his bachelor of architecture degree from Syracuse University and spent two years studying abroad in Florence, Italy. He lives in Huntington Station, N.Y. with his wife and two children.
