President Opening Remarks: Mike Parrotta

Approval of October meeting minutes.

Treasurer’s Report: Stacy Demasi, reported that the General Fund Balance was $41K and Profit was $9,600 as compared to $7,600 last year.

Communications Director Report: Jules Manilla reported that the Beta version of the new website was almost ready. We decided to launch by the next meeting. Jules will check out any cancellation issues with current site and determine the registering agent for our domain. Membership: We currently have ~275 families that have joined the Booster Club

Membership Director Eva Fredricks: reported membership at 300

Girls Sports Director Joan Grune: reported that the Winter Girls teams were being selected. She noted that the Sponsor Board for the Gym was moving ahead.

Apparel Chair Persons Sandi Applegate and Linda Wilson: reported that apparel sales for the General Fund was $4,233 todate. Sandi presented a proposal from Jon Norman and Associates for the storage carts and shelving of $3,175 to be placed in the school storage room. The pros and cons of buying all at this time was discussed. Mike cautioned about needing two additional proposals. Sandi will work on that, as well as a breakdown by item. The Holiday Sale days for apparel will be 12/2 and 12/3, including a fashion show by students. All sports are encouraged to participate.

Old Business: Fundraising guidelines are still being formulated.

New Business: Joe Hawkins with PlanetHS gave a brief overview of his program and the schools use of it to date.

Baseball briefed on their upcoming golf tournament and asked if the silent auction items could be featured on the General Website and it was agreed. Also Baseball will be offering phone skins for sale in time for the Holiday event.

Boys Basketball was holding tryouts 11/1.

Plans for Senior Night were discussed. Intentions were to have multiple sports involved. Kudos to Boys Golf for competing in the State Championships this week.
