Experience  Successful strategic and day to day  Five years senior / Board level management of organizational financial experience in a people focused services /social/health care medium / large  Track record of securing major five Charity figure funding  Experienced Chief Executive or  Experience of financial management second-in-line officer  Experience of Human Resources  Expeprience in developing management projects for children and/or young  Experience in accountability and delivery people of health and safety measures.  Charity  Proven track record of successful  Supporting disabled people “business” strategy in a medium / large  Open attraction and/or zoological, Charity animal based organisations  Experience of networking, developing  Publicity, Marketing and hgh level partnerships and relationships communications  Demonstrable experience of management of change  Experienced line manager at a senior level
