Physical Education Activity Journal Name ______

Instructions: Each week record the physical activities that you perform outside of school. Write what the activity was such as soccer practice, dance class, shooting hoops in the driveway, jumping rope on the sidewalk, etc. Then write how long or how many times you did the activity. Have a parent or guardian sign next to each entry as a witness that you performed the activity.

Below is a list of activities sorted by the components of fitness that they improve. See if you can see improvement in one or more of these components after practicing them between now and the next fitness testing. Add to the table if you find something you enjoy. If you have questions on how to do an exercise or want new ideas, just ask the teacher.
