Dear Parents:
What is MOM'S REST STOP? It's a place to recharge after your school week. It's a place to relax and soak up a short devotional for Moms. It's a place to find and share resources with other homeschooling moms. There will be COFFEE, lots of coffee and occasionally chocolate.
Do I have to commit to come every week? No. It's is come and go as your schedule allows.
Do I have to stay the whole morning? No, we meet from about 9 to 10am but you are welcome to stay and visit after 10am in the Moms Rest Stop room.
Do I have to do a Bible study or a lesson? No, I will be presenting short (20 minute) devotionals mainly from the book Teaching From Rest.
Do I have to read the book. No, but you'll probably end up wanting to!
Homeschooling children since 2001 I have learned a few tricks along the way and am delighted to be back at Super Friday spending my morning with all the amazing moms once again. I have eleven children ages four to 21, this year I am homeschooling eight of them in grades PreK to a senior in high school! I am looking forward to meeting you at Super Friday.
