If you need something (ironing board etc.) for your project, BRING IT or arrange to share with your companions
You may have to wait to check into your room depending on camp scheduling.

Take I-5 south, take exit 212, (Stanwood, Camano Island), Turn right onto Hwy 532, travel 5 1/4 miles west to Stanwood, Turn left at 4th light, onto 88th Ave. NW and go 1/4 mile to stop sign. Turn right onto Marine Drive, travel south for approximately 4 miles to camp entrance on right.
Activities
Retreat Block Drawing
o Make a Retreat Block (make as many as you like)-Turkey Blocks. Use your own pattern or get one from Cathy. Background fabric should be unbleached muslin or a beige tone on tone. Block Size—any size that will finish at an even # of inches. 4”,6”, 8”, 10”, 12” sq.

o Thursday - Kaffe Fasset print o Friday - Christmas
Field Trips to Over the Rainbow On-Line Quilt Shop on Wednesday or Thursday morning and also to Quilters Coop at Lake Goodwin. Shop also at: Aunt Mary’s in Smokey Point, Calico Creations in Mt Vernon
Retreat Raffle-We'll provide the prizes! Something for everyone!
Demonstration: Have you learned a new technique you would share? Let us know!
Bring a your lunch for Tuesday, also a snack to share. No meal until dinner Tuesday evening

Sewing machine with instruction manual, foot pedal and power cord
Luggage carrier with wheels if your items are heavy
A snack to share
Surge protector
Extension cord
Projects….
Scissors; seam ripper
Pin cushion/pins
Threads; extra bobbins
Cutting mat and rotary cutter with extra blade; Band-Aids
Rulers; tape measure; labels or marking pen
Extra sewing machine needles Iron and ironing board or ironing pad (or share with 2 or 3 others)
Ott light or some kind of extra lighting
Design wall; masking tape Tried and true “extra” recommendations:
Special chair (retreat center provides chairs) perhaps w/wheels
Small table; small iron; small mat
Neck massager (if I only had one!)
