Dropship Terms and Conditions

1 DROPSHIP “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” AGREEMENT

The following terms and conditions will be effective until the end of this Current Year.

PRICING:

Pricing will be as follows:

a) 15% discount will be applied to sales up to $1,000.00 on total Net online purchases made through www.bathrobemall.com web site.

b) 20% discount will be applied when total Net online purchases made through www.bathrobemall.com web site exceeds $1,000.00 (Dropshippers should apply. Your applications will be reviewed, only after receiving our confirmation e-mail your discount will be effective).

Coupon Codes are NOT applicable. Clearance Items will be at the “Sale Price” and is NOT subject to the above-mentioned discounts.

Bathrobemall will NOT adjust prices or Clearance Items before the end of the month.

Shipping and Handling costs will be the same rates as listed on www.bathrobemall.com.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

The conditions stated on www.bathrobemall.com will be applicable. It is the responsibility of the undersigned account holder to follow up on all modifications made on www.bathrobemall.com Returns and Exchanges Policy.

NEW ACCOUNTS:

It is under our Dropshipper’s option to choose one of the following account programs.

- STANDARD ACCOUNT Standard accounts will open under the following conditions: - Having DAR number

Payment Terms for Standard Accounts: - Account holders will pay the related amount online using his/her credit card at the time of purchasing.

- SPECIAL ACCOUNT: Special accounts will open under the following conditions: - $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit (M.O./Check/Credit Card/Debit Card/WireTransfer) will be required to open an account and should be received together with the necessary documents. - Bathrobemall will assess the account after (6) months of sales, upon which it is up to the discretion of Bathrobemall to waive the deposit for the following months.

Payment Terms for Special Accounts: - Account holders will be invoiced at the end of each month. - Invoices are due upon receipt. - Late payment is not acceptable. If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, the security deposit will be applied to the late invoice and the agreement will be terminated.

Account Holders will have 7/24 online access to review their transactions.

Bathrobemall reserves the right to terminate this agreement at anytime. ( And refund the balance of the Security Deposit for Special Account Holders, if any, within 15 days of the Termination Notice ).

It is YOUR responsibility to protect your passwords and to implement security safeguards in your organization, or to ensure that your hosting company or internal Web Server(s) are implementing them on your behalf.

By signing below, we, Bathrobemall, and you (“The Customer”) accept and agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth above.
