[4107] 2 1 solar simulators and is the world’s leading provider of airborne 2 searchlight systems; and 3 4 Whereas, Mr. Dawson will lead Spectrolab’s continuous 5 improvements, such as the company’s ongoing factory 6 modernization and automation, which are vital to reducing 7 production time and costs and lead to increased customer 8 satisfaction; and 9 10 Whereas, the South Carolina House of Representatives is grateful 11 for the significant expertise and commitment that Troy Dawson 12 brings to Spectrolab, Inc., and the members wish him continued 13 success as its president. Now, therefore, 14 15 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives: 16 17 That the members of the House of Representatives of the State of 18 South Carolina, by this resolution, recognize and honor Troy 19 Dawson for more than twentyfive years of outstanding 20 satelliteproject management, engineering, and development 21 experience and congratulate him on being named president of 22 Spectrolab, Inc. 23 24 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be provided to 25 Troy Dawson. 26 XX 27
