 We will find out the best way to give you good, safe care and support your rights  We will work together to agree what care will keep you healthy and well  We will work with other services and share information to make sure you get the healthcare you need  Staff will respect your culture and the language you speak, your age, whether you are a man or a woman, whether you are gay, lesbian, straight or bisexual, your religion, belief or disability

Staff will have the right skills to do their job

 We will ensure our staff are trained to look after you and that we have enough staff to cope with demand to keep you safe and well  We will support staff properly helping them learn and do their jobs better

We will monitor our services and check how we are doing  Keeping accurate records about you  Keeping your personal information safe  Giving you the care you need in a safe and secure building

 Speak to Reception  Speak to the Practice Manager  Speak to your doctor  Your may prefer to write to the surgery, please address your letter to the Practice Manager
