The National Joint Powers Alliance®, together with the State of Georgia issues this Request For Proposals (RFP) to provide PUBLIC MASS TRANSIT AND TRANSPORTATION RELATED VEHICLES WITH ACCESSORIES AND ATTACHMENTS, to NJPA, and current and qualified NJPA Members from government, education, and non-profit agencies in all 50 states, and with potential international distribution. Specifications and details of this RFP are available beginning January 18, 2010 and continuing until February 15, 2010. Sealed Bids will be received until March 1, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the above address. NJPA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The findings of the Bid Review Committee are summarized as follows:

The bid responses received were from a mixture of Manufacturers and Re-Sellers generally representing a number of buses and options to Buyers across the country. All Bids received were considered responsive. Considering this is their first attempt at an NJPA Bid, the bids received were very strong and the Bidders themselves were very strong in demonstrating their ability to sell and service buses to current and potential NJPA Members across the country.
