Dear Students,

Here is a list of the companies, foundations and institutes, which showed interest in your application or offered an internship to Harvard students in the past few years. The information is not complete and cannot be complete, because there are always changes within these companies. Please feel free to add companies that are of interest to you. We might have already a contact there and/or could establish a new relationship. What are the next steps in your internship search? 1. Please take a close look at these companies and choose the ones that might match your interest and goals. 2. Carefully research their websites. Ask yourselves: Why is this company of interest to me? What excites me about it? 3. Make a list of approximate 5-10 companies and then make an appointment with the Director to discuss your finding. Please do not contact these companies/institute/organizations on your own – rather go through the Work-Abroad Office. We have more information about these internships due to personal contacts, connections via Harvard Alumni Clubs and former participants of the Work-Abroad Program. We often have good relationships with many German companies and organizations and have access to information that is usually not provided on the Internet.

4. Bring your German resume to the meeting – if you do not have a German resume, bring your English resume. We will help you with your German resume if need be. Also, start thinking about a cover letter and recommendations from professors. Do you have other material that might be interesting for your future internship host? If so, please bring it to the meeting. 2 Name of internship host Website Concentration Location America House Munich http://www.amerikahaus.de/ind all Munich ex.php?id=221 - 3 .U_j_OEh8GYI American http://www.americanacademy.
