The Student Ministers need to be open and flexible in their weekly schedule to create a balanced approach to college life: ministry, community, academics, self care, prayer and rest). At times this may entail rethinking your personal time commitments (not including supportive familial and close friendships relationships, valuable sleep, relaxation, prayer and school work.) This may mean declining leadership roles in other organizations, withdrawing from some orgs this year, reduction in traveling for club sports, using weekends for sleep and Sabbath rest. These are difficult decisions but it is best not to begin the year thinking,” I can do it all.“ This is not only what is just towards yourself but what is just toward your community and those to whom you minister.

*All of these responsibilities are subject to change. The Pastoral Staff is constantly working to improve the ministry, and this may entail changes to current responsibilities or even the creation of additional responsibilities. We know that we will support each other and, together, continue to foster the faith life on campus. As of February 10, 2012
