Dark!” Are you worried that a friend may have depression? There is a lot you can do to help. Start by sharing the changes that you have noticed. Listen to your friend and encourage them to tell a trusted adult. Never keep a friend’s depression, thoughts of suicide or self-harm a secret. Tell an adult immediately. Learn more by going to www.erikaslighthouse.org  The girls cross country team is running a fundraiser with Scent-sy. The fundraiser runs through September 26th. See

Coach Brown with any questions  Gonna Kick Your Class: The Powder Puff football game will be held on Wednesday, October 14th at 6:00 p.m.

Coach Beary's Senior and sophomore girls will face Coach O'Shea's Junior and freshmen girls on the Titan football field in a flag football battle for bragging rights. The first 12 female students from each class who turn in their parent permission form, t-shirt order form (with payment), and have a physical on file will be allowed to play in the game. Everything is due no later than October 5th! Forms can be picked up outside of room 216 or at the Titan Zone School Store. See Munoz if you have questions. As of 7:00 am there are only 2 freshmen, 3 sophomore, 12 junior and 9 seniors slots left.  Check- Mate! The Chess Club is back in business! Out first meeting will be after school Tuesday September 29th in

room 215. Come out and sharpen your skills or learn how to play.NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! This is a great way to meet new friends and have fun. If you'd like to join but can't make it see Dr. Richter in room 215. Hope to see you there!  There will be a GSA meeting Monday, Sept. 28th at 3:00 in room 225. Everyone is welcome.
