The Championship will be organized by Windsurfing Association of Thailand , Pattaya city Windsurfing Club and Pattaya City.

In Front of “Surf Kitchen” restaurant at Jomtien Beach, Pattaya city, Chonburi, Thailand.

Course will be described in the Sailing Instruction

Scoring

Low Point system of Appendix will be used. The system will be detailed in the sailing instructions.

Classes

A = BIC Techno 293 (7.82)

B = Sail 6.0 M2

C = Sail 5.0 M2

Equipment

All equipment must comply with the Rule of Techno 293 Class
