Contestants must read and adhere to the following rules and regulations in order to participate in the California All-American Pageants.

QUALIFICATIONS 1. Entrant must be born female, and a United States Citizen. 2. A contestant could be selected to participate as a delegate "at large" if there is no competition in their state. 3. A contestant must be at least 16 years of age by November 1st of competition year and not older than 57 years of age. 4. Contestants must be of good moral character, never convicted of a felony, and never have posed nude or semi-nude for photographs or in film, with no violations of the law other than minor traffic violations. 5. Ms. Entrants may be married or single, and have children. 6. Mrs. Contestants must be married a minimum of 6 months by November 1st of competition year and must be living with spouse. 7. Entrants will be subject to a registration fee of $100.00 and an entry fee of $395.00. Each delegate is required to sell a minimum of five (5) tickets and one full page black and white ad page. 8. The contestant who sells the most tickets (over ten) and the most ads combined will be acknowledged and awarded on stage the night of the pageant as Queen of Sales. 9. Contestant agrees all decisions of judges are final and irrevocable, and that she will abide by all regulations at the State competitions. 10. Entrants must sign a contract agreeing to abide by all rules, regulations and other contractual agreements required by Julia's Choice Productions. Contestant understands that if selected a winner in her competition, that for one year her professional affairs as said winner will be under the sole management of Julia’s Choice Productions or their licensees and that she will not give any written or oral endorsements commercially without the expressed permission of said same. Contestant further acknowledges that all rights for any appearances, endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles, etc. resulting from winning or being a contestant in the preliminary city or state competition affiliated with California All-American Pageants shall belong exclusively to same.

By signing this application, I hereby state that all information contained in this application is true and that I meet all eligibility requirements. Any misrepresentation of the truth will cause immediate disqualification from the competition. All fees paid are non-refundable.
