12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch, Location TBA Welcoming Remarks Introduction of CIE staff & campus partners IPM Student Pane/Skit
1:00 pm Campus Tours in groups with Interlink Peer Mentors (IPM) Health & Wellness: Learn about Insurance requirement, All students must submit their Medical Forms, Schedule follow-up appointment if needed, Underage parental consent, and learn about the TB blood test. All Card (Fenwick) Hoff Dining Hall & other eateries U.S. Bank (GSC) Classrooms & Library XU PD Interfaith Prayer Chapel U.S. Postal Service
2:30 pm REQUIRED SESSION FOR ALL STUDENTS IN F-1 & J-1 VISA STATUS Registration & Check-ins, Location TBA Interlink Introductions Xavier Student Hub Demo: Username and Password/Self-Service, Pay Bill, Email, Directory, Event/Academic Calendar, Parking Pass Sunapsis Check –In & Scan Passport & Visa
3:15 pm Immigration Information, Health Insurance, Social Security Information and Driver’s License - International Student & Scholar Services CIE Staff (IPM collects passport & visa for scanning) 4:00 pm McGrath Health and Wellness Learn about Insurance requirement, All students must submit their Medical Forms, Schedule follow-up appointment if needed, Underage parental consent, and learn about the TB blood test. 4:30 Bursar Office – Paying Your Bills
