Day One Fitness Development: Discuss Health and Skill Related Fitness Components (Assign team lines) Jog around the lower field Lesson Focus: Teach the forward pass/proper catching Practice the forward pass with a partner Practice catching Play a game related to passing and catching. “5 Passes”
Teams: Pink – Lil Yellow – Ally Green – Ryan Black – Leah
Day Two Fitness Development: Run 5 laps around the outside of the basketball lines and participate in the 6 fitness stations. Station 1 – Jump rope for 2 minutes (count jumps) Station 2 – Work on the perfect push-up. Try to do sets. Station 3 – Wall sits – See if you can sit against the wall like a chair for 2 minutes. Station 4 – Abdominals – Ball Crunches Station 5 – Lunges – Do 10 step out lunges with your right leg. Repeat on your left leg Station 6 – Medicine Ball –

Play: Bamboozle ‘em Football Football 100 Rules: Maximum of 7 players per side Must cross 1st down line on the run or pass to obtain 1st down within 4 downs A dropped ball in a dead ball – can no be played Once the flag is pulled from a player, play stops immediately NO TACKLING Unsportsmanlike conduct player will be removed from the game Ball must be centered Game is started with a throw-off or a punt Pass interferance, blocking, contact, pushing, tripping illegal rushing – Penality loss of down and 5 steps away from the violator or 5 steps for the victim Can only rush on 4th down – 5 mississippi count Quarterback can only run on 4th down
