A 2009 Hyundai Sonata operated by Matthew Bergeron, 22 years of age of Egg Harbor Township, was traveling East on Zion Road when an Olds Cutlass crossed Zion Road on Old Zion Road directly into Bergeron’s path.

The 1986 Old Cutlass was operated by Robert Reeves, 86 years of age from Elm, New Jersey, was traveling south on Old Zion Road when he crossed Zion Road without stopping and/or yielding to Bergeron’s vehicle.
