NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE REORGANIZATION MEETING OF THE LENAPE VALLEY REGIONAL BOARD OF EDUCATION IS BEING HELD ON JANUARY 6, 2015, AT 7:00 PM IN THE LOWER MEDIA CENTER AT THE HIGH SCHOOL ON 28 SPARTA ROAD, STANHOPE, NEW JERSEY. AGENDA

1. Call Meeting to Order

In accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Public Meeting Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, the Lenape Valley Regional High School Board of Education has caused notice of this reorganization meeting to be posted in each of the three municipal buildings in the Regional School District and the Lenape Valley Regional High School. Notice of this meeting has also been published in the New Jersey Herald.

Announcement of Executive Session

An Executive Session may be held at the next monthly meeting for the purpose of discussing PERSONNEL/LEGAL/CONFIDENTIAL MATTERS. Action may or may not be taken.

RESOLVED, That the Lenape Valley Board of Education appoints Mrs. Sandra LaBell to the Board of Education, effective immediately, to fill the vacant Board of Education seat for the Township of Stanhope, through December 31, 2015.
