Payment Acceptance Policy for Polylast Systems LLC

The credit card payment method while convenient has become exceedingly expensive over the years. In an effort to keep these growing costs to a minimum it has become necessary to pass on a percentage of these fees on to you. However, before making this change we are introducing ACH debit (electronic check), a payment alternative that will offer the same convenience as credit cards without the added usage expenses. Please read below.

Effective March 1st 2014, a 2% convenience fee will be added to all credit cards payments using Visa, MasterCard and Discover and 3% convenience fee for American Express. The credit card convenience fee will be assessed per transaction.

There is NO convenience fee for payments made with checks, wire transfers or ACH debits (electronic check) or Intuit Payment Network (IPN).

1. You can continue to mail your checks to our Business Office in Scottsdale, AZ.

2. If you choose to pay with a credit card or ACH debit (electronic check) we will email you a payment form following invoicing for you to complete, sign and return to us for processing.

3. You can also pay using the Intuit Payment Network (IPN), limited to payments under $7,500. Just click on or copy and paste the link provided at the bottom of your invoice or in the body of your payment request email. This is a safe and simple payment solution. IPN does not share your bank account info with us.
