In an effort to keep these growing costs to a minimum it has become necessary to pass on a percentage of these fees on to you. However, before making this change we are introducing ACH debit (electronic check), a payment alternative that will offer the same convenience as credit cards without the added usage expenses. Please read below.</p><p>Effective March 1st 2014, a 2% convenience fee will be added to all credit cards payments using Visa, MasterCard and Discover and 3% convenience fee for American Express. The credit card convenience fee will be assessed per transaction. </p><p>There is NO convenience fee for payments made with checks, wire transfers or ACH debits (electronic check) or Intuit Payment Network (IPN).</p><p>1. You can continue to mail your checks to our Business Office in Scottsdale, AZ. </p><p>2. If you choose to pay with a credit card or ACH debit (electronic check) we will email you a payment form following invoicing for you to complete, sign and return to us for processing.</p><p>3. You can also pay using the Intuit Payment Network (IPN), limited to payments under $7,500. Just click on or copy and paste the link provided at the bottom of your invoice or in the body of your payment request email. This is a safe and simple payment solution.
