I agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend the P.O.A. against liability for personal injuries or damage to property arising out of operation of my golf cart on any Hot Springs Village Golf Course or within the boundaries of Hot Springs Village. RENEWAL ANNUAL UNLIMITED – Annual renewal fee is $706.10, tax included. GRANDFATHERED REGISTRANTS* – If you are “grandfathered,” your renewal fee is $434.52, tax included. RENEWAL DAILY CART REGISTRATION – the fee is $55.38 tax included.

* G ra nd fat he r e d refers to those property owners who had registered Private Carts for the 2011 calendar year and renewed their Private Cart registration for the 2012 and every year thereafter.

P RI VA T E CAR T / NE I G HB O R E L E C T RI C V EH I CLE ( N E V) R E GU L A TI ON S o If operated on Village roads and/or trails, each private golf/NEV cart shall be equipped with: . Two (2) mounted headlights (white) and two (2) rear mounted red taillights. . A rear view mirror . Turf tires with a minimum size of 7 inches in width. o Golf carts/NEVs operated on Village golf course fairways shall not exceed a maximum gross operating weight of 1,749 pounds. o Golf carts/NEVs having a maximum operations gross weight of 1,750 pounds to 2,499 pounds will be restricted to golf paths only. o Golf carts/NEVs having a maximum operating gross weight of 2,500 pounds or above are excluded from operating on any Village golf course. o Golf carts/NEVs operating on Village golf courses are restricted to no more than two (2) people (operator and passenger). o Golf carts/NEVs are limited to a maximum vehicle speed of 15 mph on all golf courses. When operating of Village golf courses, NEVs that do not have a selectable golf course speed control switch are restricted to golf paths only.

O PE RATING R E GU L ATIONS Golf carts operating on Village roads shall:  Have headlights and taillights in good working order and turned on when operating a golf cart on Village roads or trails. Give way to trucks and automobiles.  Give way to pedestrians.  Shall not be operated on roads or sections of roads that have been designated with signs as “ G olf C a rts Pr oh i bi t ed.”
