Pretrial Conference. The time of the pretrial conference assigned on your case will be provided by the court following calendar call. Parties scheduled to attend a pretrial conference must bring a joint proposed pretrial order. See USCR 7.2.

Notify Court of Settlement. In order to comply with Rule 4.10, U.S.C.R., please notify the court of all settlements.

Copy of Motions to Judge. The court does not know that motions are filed unless it receives a copy of a motion. Attorneys are asked to be responsible for seeing that the court gets a copy of all motions and briefs. Otherwise, motions will not be considered filed and will not be grounds for delay of a trial. This is in accord with U.S.C.R. 6.1.
