Discussion Questions  Show students on each page that the name of the machine is written in bold letters at the top.  Name some of the vehicles found in the book.  What do each have in common (wheels, motors etc.)?  Do any of the vehicles ever have to work at night?  What sounds are found in the book?  Name each vehicle on the last page.  Compare different machines in terms of colors, parts, uses. Who uses each machine?  How was Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site different from Dig Dig Digging? How were they the same?
