SHOW ENTRY INFORMATION 1. One entry form per exhibitor. Exhibitors must reside in Orange County or surrounding counties of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego, and Ventura. 2. The entry fee is $5.00 per goat per class. Make checks payable to the Orange County 4-H. Check or money order must accompany entry form. (There will be a $20.00 service charge for returned checks.) Entry fees are non-refundable. 3. Mail all entry forms and entry fees to: Alexandra Martin / Orange County 4-H c/o Pygmy Goat Sanction 1045 Arlington Drive Costa Mesa, Ca 92626 SHOW RULES 1. This is a sanction show. NPGA Rules to govern and take precedence over all others. 2. Only N.P.G.A. registered animals may show in sanctioned classes. Original Registration papers must accompany goat at all times. 3. This is a youth only show age 19 and under. All exhibitors must wear their official uniform while showing (4-H, FFA, Grange). Independent exhibitors must wear white shirt and pants. 4. Pens available on a first come, first served basis. Pen space is limited. Pens are not baby proof or jump proof. Please provide your own cover for your pen and/or plastic netting. 5. Bedding will not provided. 6. Water must be available for animals at all times. 7. Health check: Only healthy animals may be entered; any animals having runny noses and/or eyes, coughs or other obvious signs of illness will be requested to leave. The decision made by the show committee is final and entry fees will not be refunded. 8. Proof of ownership shall be the name on the registration certificate. When applicable, a transfer of ownership dated with 90 days of the show and presented with the original registration certificate is required for proof of ownership. 9. Tattoo and/or microchip and registration must match entry form. Goats 6 months of age or older must have either a legible tattoo or microchip recorded by NPGA prior to being shown. 10. Wethers without a registration certificate to be judged should be a purebred Pygmy Goat. NPGA Registration numbers of the sire or dam must be presented as proof of Pygmy lineage. 11. Will allow two (2) substitutions only; however, will allow no additions day of show. 12. Exhibitors are responsible for entering and showing their goats in the right class. 13. Violations of the above rules may result in disqualification.

There is limited camping at the fairgrounds for an additional $25.00 fee. Camping applications available on request, and must be reserved by March 20, 2013. Do not bring big motorhomes or trailers larger than horse trailers; there is no room to turn them around. Food vendors and exhibits will be available on show day.
