The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSCIENCES) is an autonomous body established under the auspices of the Government of the Khyber Pukhtunkhwa. Institute of Management Sciences (IMSCIENCES) is working towards promotion of management and IT education.

IMSciences is planning to procure designing and printing services for its prospectus along with bag and pen. Sealed tenders are invited from the reputable firms/suppliers registered with taxation departments.

Tender documents can be obtained from the undersigned or download from PPRA website. The sealed bids/proposals duly marked as “Bid/Proposal for Designing and Printing of IMSCIENCES Prospectus 2015-16” must reach the office of the Manager Administration, IMSCIENCES at plot #1-A, E-5, Phase,7, Hayatabad, Peshawar on or before 11:00 a.m. on 7th July 2015 and shall be opened at 11:30 a.m on same day in the conference room of the Institute.

Introduction

The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSCIENCES) is an autonomous body established under the auspices of the Government of the Khyber Pukhtunkhwa. Institute of Management Sciences (IMSCIENCES) is working towards promotion of management and IT education. IMSciences is planning to procure design and print of prospectus for the year 2015-16. Details about the specifications and quantity of prospectus along with bag and pen are mentioned in annexure I

Qualification of the Vendor

The following vendors are eligible to apply for the tender:

1. The firms/suppliers settled in Peshawar would be preferred.

2. The firms/suppliers registered with taxation authorities.

3. The firms/suppliers who have never been black listed by any Government agency or authority.

4. The firms/suppliers having experience of at least 3 years in relevant field.

Documents Required The firms eligible to apply are required to submit the following documents with their bidding proposal: 1. Registration documents with Taxation Authorities. NTN/FTN/STRN etc. 2. Professional Tax Certificate 3. A copy of audited financial statements or bank statements of last three years of the firm/supplier 4. An undertaking on legal paper that the company has never been blacklisted. 5. Full Address and contact numbers of the office. Method of Procurement:

It would be an open competitive bidding process based on single stage-single envelope procedure.

Response time: The sealed proposals duly marked as “Proposal for Designing and Printing of IMSCIENCES Prospectus 2015-16” must reach the office of the Manager Administration, IMSCIENCES at plot #1-A, E-5, Phase,7, Hayatabad, Peshawar on or before 11:00 a.m. on 7th July 2015. Opening of bids: Bids received shall be opened on 7th July 2015 at 11:30 a.m. in the conference room of the Institute. All bids shall be opened publicly in the presence of the interested bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid Price Bids may be quoted for designing, composing and printing of prospectus Bid prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties. Bid prices should be quoted for items mentioned in annexure I. Evaluation of bids: All bids should comply with the eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions mentioned herein above. Any value added service/option may be quoted separately Rejection of bids: All bids submitted after the time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened. Any bid received without earnest money. IMSciences reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal.

Award of Tender: Tender would be awarded on the basis of lowest quoted rate.

Earnest Money Earnest money at the rate of 2% of the quoted bid may also be submitted with the quotation in form of bank draft/pay order in favour of Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar.
