This request form signifies intent on the behalf of BUYER to follow through with the stud request transaction. SELLER reserves the right to void this transaction. If the BUYER changes his/or her mind the deposit is forfeited and no refund will be given. If some tragic accident were to happen, and the chosen stud should perish before breeding is completed, we will offer a refund to BUYER, unless BUYER wants the deposit to apply to another stud, if one is available. The deposit will be good for one year only. If at this time BUYER has not chosen a puppy from another litter, the deposit shall be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
