Attendance: David Wong, Edward Moy, Jonathan Chan, Julie Mui, Ken Chew, Pastor Tam

4. Education - Retreat – people learned a lot, worth doing again next year 5. Fellowship - BBQ signup has begun Lunch program 129 dollar deficit this year (all reserves are gone) Will reduce food amount to reduce food costs starting June 9th

Congratulations to our graduates College: Emme, Kathy, Ruth, Summy, Travis High School: Brian, David, Emily, Joe Jr. High: Casey 6. Outreach - AZ missions trip – estimated total cost is 5368. 50% from budget, remaining 50% from reserve and fundraising. There is 2128.94 in the reserve. Need to fundraise about 555, any extra will be in reserve for the next year for AZ missions. Feel free to donate goods for sale on 6/23 and 6/30. There will be no prices on goods or car washes on those days. Please give as God leads you to give. 7. Treasurer - Reminder that our budget this year is a lot tighter and closer to what we actually need this year. Total Revenue 總收入: $51,116 Total Expenses 總支出: $56,976 Net Loss: -$5860 We will be over budget on both the insurance and snow (insurance due to a misunderstanding on Ed’s part on what the future costs would be, and snow because we used a lot of salt due to lots of late snow storms and icing. 8. Worship - No updates 9. Chairperson - Church Wide Evaluation due 6/2/2013 Future Goals for church – to be done after evaluation is done. 10. Trustees Basement cleanup continuing well, starting to move less used stuff downstairs. Waiting on mulch Light for church sign is currently not working due to an electrical short – Gary checking into it
