Officers stopped a group HCX, because we took the report 1 hr prior, west on of people on the corner of Penn and 14th Ave north from Emerson Ave North. Officers Lowry (NE corner) and two of which activated lights and sirens and vehicle fled west on match the description the caller gave to 14th Ave North and crashed at Penn Ave North. A-1, dispatch. Officers pat searched the two lone occupant and driver, was taken into custody and matching the description and during my transported to 4th PCT property crimes.
