Mobile App Support Options

Overall application sponsorship: (limited to one) $2,000 Sponsorship includes logo at startup, logo in watermark in the personalized scheduler and one banner ad with video if desired.

Exhibitor Banner advertisement with landing page: $1,001-$1,999 Open to exhibitors. Includes a rotating banner ad that links to a full-page ad or the exhibitor’s detail information page.

Exhibitor Multimedia Package: $500-$1,000 Open to exhibitors. Includes a rotating banner ad that links to a full-page ad or the exhibitor’s detail information page with video.

Optional Additional Items:

Graphic Arts Services: $150 Core-apps, the meeting app creator, will create a banner ad and landing page design for app placement.

Green Package: Free for exhibitors Open to exhibitors. Enhance your Exhibitor Listing by uploading your company logo and as many downloadable .pdf documents as you wish to the mobile app.

Video Video will live on and be launched from the App Exhibitor Listing Page. Prefer HD h264 with ACC audio. If video is shot in 16:9, we can accept it in that format. Cropping it to 3:2 would be fine, but if only adding letterbox to output 3:2, then our system will do that automatically if needed. .mov and .mp4 format accepted.

Green Package
