ELIGIBILITY All swimmers currently registered with Swim Alberta

Entries: Swimmers are limited to a maximum of five (5) individual swims to be swum at the meet. They may also swim the relay. There will be no charge for the relays as we are not sure that time will permit. Entries are to be submitted by uploading through the swim Canada website www.swimmeet.ca

Age Groups: First to tenth place will be given for males and females in each of the following age groups: 7 and under, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and over.

Entry Deadline: Entry deadline is March 4th, 2013. The scratch deadline for fee refund(s) is on March 10th, 2013.

Seeding: The meet will be senior seeded in slowest to fastest order.

Entry Times: Coaches’ estimates for times are preferred to NT for all entries to facilitate timing of the meet by the Meet Manager.

Ribbons: Ribbons will be awarded for all Best Times.

Entry Fees: Entry fee will be a flat $33.75. Please make your cheque payable to “Rocky Barracuda Swim Club”, and remit to the Meet Manager by March 4th, 2013. Scratches: A scratch sheet, complete with the name of the club, the name of the swimmer and the event number(s), must be handed to the Clerk of Course no later than 15 minutes before the start of the meet.

Event Cancellation: The Meet Manager reserves the right to limit entries to 150 swimmers in the meet due to time constraints. If after timing out the meet it may be necessary to cancel some events to avoid having the meet run longer than four hours. Every effort will be made to ensure that all entry swims are completed.

Scoring: There will be no scoring at this swim meet.

Rules: The One Start rule will be used, and all other S/NC rules must be adhered to.

Officials: Volunteers for officials would be appreciated. Volunteer names and positions can be sent to: [email protected].
